Volunteer Co-ordinator and Administrative Support
Reports to: Business & Governance Manager
Location: Home based 
Salary: £20k (pro-rata)
Hours: Part time (22.5 hours per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator & Administrative Support who will be supporting The Mason Foundations future growth and development by providing administrative support to the volunteers and core functions of the Charity.

As Volunteer Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring processes and critical core business functions run smoothly. You will work under the supervision of the Business & Governance Manager who will manage priorities and delegate accordingly. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our volunteers receive encouragement/support and undertake various admin duties to make this happen.

You will have a track record of working with various Admin systems, be proficient in Microsoft outlook and have experience of supporting a small team in an administrative capacity. Your experience would include managing incoming enquires, coordinating/liaising with external suppliers and partners and with your outstanding eye for detail, you will enjoy proof reading and creating any required documents to an exceptionally high standard. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role within the team and assist with day-to-day management of accounts including processing/raising invoices, payments, cash flow monitoring.

You will be a team player and understand the need to work seamlessly in collaboration with multiple agencies including local authority, corporate and third sector partners, to help ensure high quality delivery of our services, to our communities.
The Volunteer Coordinator & Administrative Support will need to embrace a ‘make it happen’ working environment, with constant dedication and a passion for making a difference as part of a committed charity, supporting disadvantaged communities.
